I use vertical farming methods to grow several varieties of microgreens which I have chosen based on popular varieties. 

• My growhouse is located in the West of Amsterdam

• All varieties are grown organically and sustainably

• I use organic, non-GMO seeds and organic compost

• Water consumption is kept to a minimum (with the use of the bottom watering technique)

• All products are delivered in environmentally friendly packaging
