If you’re visiting my website you’re most likely aware of the health benefits of microgreens and the pure culinary pleasure of using them in your meals and beverages. We’ve come a long way from the days when microgreens were simply mistaken as a garnish, very pretty confetti so to speak, and I look forward to providing you with seedlings not only densely packed with nutrients but full of concentrated flavours, tender texture, and gorgeous vibrant colours.

I use vertical farming methods to grow several varietals of microgreens which I have chosen based on popular varieties and uniqueness.
My growhouse is located in the West of Amsterdam
All varieties are grown organically and sustainably
I use organic, non-GMO seeds and organic compost
Water consumption is kept to a minimum (with the use of the bottom watering technique)
Microgreens are harvested and delivered within 24 hours (1-2 weeks after your order is placed)
All products are delivered in environmentally friendly packaging
We are currently only offering delivery service within the Amsterdam Ring Road (1011 - 1019, 1021 - 1025 , 1031 - 1036, 1051 - 1059, 1071 - 1079, 1091 - 1098)

With increasing population growth and fewer available agricultural spaces, vertical farming is an efficient and innovative solution for providing nutritious food in indoor and outdoor urban spaces. It’s an innovative method that involves growing crops in stacked layers or vertically inclined surfaces, optimizing height to grow with less land, water, and energy waste. This vertical farming technique is flipping, both metaphorically and literally, the way we grow food.
